Plenty of sites get redesigned without anyone working out what was wrong in the first place, then the same problems turn up a year later. We start with a free audit of speed, search visibility, mobile usability and whether the site is even asking visitors for anything.
Keep what already works
If your copy is fine and your customers find you well enough, we don't rewrite it for the sake of it. We keep the working parts and fix the broken ones. That keeps the rebuild smaller and the cost honest.
No more redesign for redesign's sake
If your current site is objectively fine, we'll say so. A redesign you don't need is still money spent, and a new site always carries some risk. We'd rather tell you that than take the work.
