AI for business
Practical AI for small businesses — automating the repetitive work that eats your week, without the hype.

Most small businesses are being sold AI they don't need, by people who don't understand how you actually work. We go the other way: find the jobs where it genuinely saves you time, set them up properly, and leave you in control of the result.

Start with the boring jobs, not the exciting ones
The best first AI project in a small business is almost never the flashy one. It's the two hours a day someone spends retyping enquiries, matching invoices, or writing the same reply to the same question. We look at how work actually flows through your business and start where the time goes, not where the marketing says the excitement is.
AI trained on your business, not a stranger's
A generic chatbot gives generic, unhelpful answers and damages your reputation when it does. Anything we build for you is grounded in your own prices, your services, your tone and your policies — so a customer asking about opening times or a specific job gets a correct answer, or a clear hand-off to a human.
Automation that plays nicely with what you already use
You don't need to replace your invoicing, your booking system or your CRM to benefit. We connect AI to the tools you already run, so it drafts the quote, fills the form, sorts the inbox and updates the record — and you keep the systems your team already knows.
Nobody gets replaced, and nothing goes in unchecked
This is about removing the work people don't want to do, not removing people. Anything that sends a message, quotes a price or makes a promise to a customer goes through a human first. We'll say so plainly if a job shouldn't be automated, because an AI that confidently gets a price wrong costs you more than the time it saved.
Data stays where it belongs
Anything sensitive — customer details, contracts, medical or financial records — stays inside tools built for that data, under a written agreement about who sees what and for how long. We won't paste your client list into a free tool to save an afternoon, and we'll tell you when a request needs a human decision rather than a clever prompt.
You own it, and you can keep using it
You get the setup, the accounts in your business's name, and a walkthrough your team can actually follow. If you ever work with another developer, they can pick it up. The point is to make your business more efficient, not to make you dependent on us.

Common questions
- Is my business too small to benefit from AI?
- If you handle repeated admin, answer the same customer questions, or write similar content regularly, no. Most of the value at our size comes from removing small, constant tasks — a couple of hours a day adds up quickly, and it costs far less than a full-time hire.
- Will AI replace my staff?
- No, and we'd push back if you framed it that way. We automate the repetitive work people don't want to do, so they can spend their time on customers. In every project we've recommended automating less than the client initially wanted.
- What happens to our customer data?
- It stays under your control, in tools with a written agreement about who can see what and for how long. We won't put customer details, contracts or sensitive records into a consumer tool just to save time. Anything sensitive stays in systems built to handle it.
- Do I need to understand technology to use this?
- No. That's the point — if it needed a technical person to run day to day, we wouldn't recommend it. You get a straightforward walkthrough and your team gets training, and the setup sits in your business's name rather than ours.
- How long does it take to set up?
- Most projects are live within two to four weeks, depending on how much we're integrating. We start with one process that's genuinely worth automating, get that working properly, then look at the next — rather than trying to transform everything at once.
- What if it doesn't work for us?
- Then we say so. Plenty of businesses don't need AI yet, and we'd rather tell you that than sell you something that adds work. If a task shouldn't be automated, we'll explain why before you spend anything.
