We build Web applications

Web & Software Applications

At Deal Web Design, we don't just build websites. We are experts at providing and building web or software applications.

What are Web Applications?

Web applications are software programs or applications that run on web servers and are accessed through a web browser over the internet. Although they may appear to just be a website, unlike typical websites, they usually provide more functionality, perhaps allowing customers to order, to book input data or other interactive facilities. Unlike traditional desktop software applications, which are installed locally on a user's device, web applications are hosted on remote servers and accessed via a web browser interface.

This website has been built using one of our web applications - a popular website builder named Bonzapp.

There are many different types of web applications, both simple, complex and often interactive web-based software. A booking system which allows your customers to book an appointment with you is a common web application we can provide.

Another type of application would be one where staff can collect and input data, which could be your inventory or other items you wish to remain accurate records of.

We can provide applications either as an online portal with an secure and private admin panel (dashboard), but also as a mobile app so that users can use the application when out of the office.

Some common examples of typical web applications include:

  1. Stock control / Inventory management systems.

  2. Accounting software. Xero and Quickbooks are web applications

  3. Online booking and reservation systems: Websites and applications that allow users to book appointments, make reservations, and schedule services such as flights, hotels, restaurants, and events.

  4. E-commerce websites: Online stores where users can browse products, add items to their cart, and complete purchases securely using payment gateways.

  5. Content management systems (CMS): Platforms that enable users to create, edit, and manage digital content such as articles, blogs, images, and videos.

  6. Online banking and finance tools: Web-based applications provided by banks and financial institutions that allow users to access their accounts, transfer funds, pay bills, and manage their finances securely.

  7. Customer relationship management (CRM) systems: Software applications used by businesses to manage interactions with customers, track sales leads, and automate marketing and customer support processes.

  8. Project management tools: Web-based platforms that enable teams to collaborate, organise tasks, track progress, and manage projects effectively.

  9. Online learning platforms: Web-based education platforms that offer courses, tutorials, and learning resources for students and professionals to acquire new skills and knowledge.
