What we'll need from you
Genuinely not much. The more you can tell us, the closer the first version will be to what you actually want.
- What your business does, and who your customers are
- Your existing website URL, if you have one
- Anything you particularly like or dislike about it
- Logo and photos, if you have them — rough is fine

Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes. The mockup costs nothing and there's no obligation to go ahead with anything. It's a design we produce so you can see what a new website would look like before committing a penny.
Is it just a template with my logo on it?
No, and this is the important part. A template would tell you nothing about whether we can design something for your business. The mockup is a custom design based on what you actually sell and who you sell it to.
How long does it take?
Usually a few days once we've got your details. We'll come back to ask a few questions if anything's unclear rather than guessing and getting it wrong.
What happens if I like it?
We'll put together a clear quote for building it out, and talk through what the finished site would include. That quote is where the £99 comes from — the mockup itself is free either way.
What if I don't like it?
That's completely fine, and no hard feelings. Plenty of mockups are useful precisely because they show someone isn't the right fit. We'd rather you found that out before spending anything than afterwards.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. You never have to log in, learn an editor or make a change yourself. Once your site is live we look after all the updates, and you just tell us what you'd like changed.
